That little baby dude.....

January 6, 2010 - Amber really got into helping decorate the house for Christmas this year. She took the most time and pride setting up the nativity and I really loved her end result. The glowing lights that she placed around it looked especially nice in the dark corner of the living room. We all got quite a laugh when she was all ready to place Baby Jesus. She looked around and in all of her middle school glory says, "Where did that little baby dude go?". This Baby Jesus is the same one that traveled up to Aunt Kathy's for Chrismas Eve church service several years ago. All of the kids were to bring their families Baby Jesus to take up to the alter to hear the story. Tom and I have had this nativity for almost 20 years now. His mom made it for us shortly after we got married. Sadly, it will probably get packed up and put away this weekend as all of the rest of the decorations come down.
